2 hard inquiry's

I recently had my my roommates account put into my name. we opted for the service where I pay $10 extra a month to stay out of the 2 year contract.
After looking at my credit report Comcast has put on 2 hard inquiry's at the same time.
What gives? And how do I name or get them erased?
