I'm trying to sign-in to the Xfinity website and it keeps taking me to my account associated with my previous address. I was going to pay my bill but it is saying I don't owe anything and that I don't have any services with Xfinity, both of which are untrue.  Why is this happening and what can I do to access my currently active account?

Hello ranman7, I can assist you with un-linking your old account from your username so you can access your bills and other features online. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, username, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?
