Why does COmcast think its ok to take away tv channels and "Update or upgrade" my plan without telling me?  I no longer have the Great American Country channel-I need a subscription?  Don't you charge enough??

Hi, TMH912 - On your billing statement for March, on page 4, you can find an information that beginning April 10, 2018, Great American Country (GAC) will no longer be available on Digital Starter it will now be available on Digital Preferred Tier. Please keep in mind, we don't own this channel and this change was a joint decision made by the owner of this network and Comcast collectively.
