loss of voice

I have lost the voice on my NBC channel, it has been about 4-5 days.  I also have an over the air antennas for other TVs and the voice on that channel is fine over the air/  Comcast hhas tried to correct over the line no luck.  I have rebooted the Modem, cable box and even the router - no luck.  It is channel 822 - 821 ans 923 are fine.  I need help.
