if remote can change channels with voice, why are channels not in my package grayed out. i can recall all zillion channels in package. so gray out ones not in my package. this is not and issue of hardware , it is some stupid marketing plan. i am not changing packages.
Xfinity button to Gear Symbol to Preferences to General to Default Guide View, press Ok and choose Free to Me. Your guide will only show the channels that you get
