Xfinitiy switched my basic channels without informing me. Very dissapointed.
I was solicited to upgrade to a new service a month back from just performance internet to blast internet and basic tv 10 channels. As of yesterday I was happy with the 10 channels I had which included fox, nbc, abc, cbs and others. I was interested in the local news and national news. However today I find that my channels were changed to others like weather qvc hallmark etc. When i contacted the online chat agent he mentioned it was swithched yesterday. I did not do it. Also Xfinitiy never informed me. It is a very bad customer experience for me and frustrated I cant get this fixed with any of your tools.
What is my solution. I need my 10 channels I had on April 17 back on my plan.
