XRE-03121 Error

XRE-03121 Error

I am getting an XRE-03121 Error in several of my channels. I had unplugged my cable since I was on vacation and got back replugged it on and many channels including ESPN, Tennis Channel, Hallmark movies and mysteries etc are not working. I have restarted the cable twice though I have not restarted the system

By chance do you have a splitter to the main box?
