happened to me in Detroit, it affected every box I had and also my cable card, i didn't go through all channels but it affected 201/202/203
I ended up streaming the 2nd half of the game as the situation was so bad.
Luckily, it seemed to be fixed by the start of the next game.
Can anyone at Comcast tell us what happened there? When I called in to lodge a complaint, it was mentioned that this was a VERY widespread situation (entire regions of the country)

but the question remains : WHY did this happen?
you can answer that right here in the public forum, no need to PM anyone....
I can tell you that on the night of the 26th there was a channel outage in the Chicago area that affected all the ESPN channels as well as many others, but not all---abc, cbs, nbc, fox , all worked. It lasted about an hour.
Hi everyone. Pixelation can be caused my a lack of signal strength at the premise, a service interruption, or problems with the network itself.
If you need any further assistance with this, please create a new post. Thank you!
