I, too was scratching my head. After 4, YES 4, phone calls to customer service. All theses great channels are in discussion for contracts. Some people were grandfathered in and as of today still are receiving them. I had service for 2 yrs, moved with a gap of 3 months and I do not get my favorite channels. Apparently if no deal is struck EVERYONE will lose these channels. I am beyond angry but to no avail. Comcast does not care. Unfortunately I now have a 2 yr contract and would have to pay a hefty fee to change. Does anyone have any ideas??!!-!
