MY WIFE IS FURIOUS. Why is We Tv listened two different times on the comcast/xfinity menu and yet when we click on it, the message says that it is unavailable.
Did they DROP We TV? (if so, why not save the customers the time AND TAKE IT OFF THE MENU/
Do I have the wrong plan? (I can not believe We Tv is a highly prized pay-per-view channel)

You're probably seeing a lot of channels that aren't available to you but that are in the menu. You can change your menu/guide settings to only show you channels that are free to you. That is something you have to do on your own.
It is not a PPV channel. It is a channel that is still in the older packages, meaning if you have it in an older grandfathered package, you got to keep it. But as soon as you change to a new and probably cheaper package, that channel is gone.
