I am interested in possibly upgrading my service, in particular the TV package, but when I pull up available packages, it is only showing me what I already have. I have ZERO interest in waiting 15 minutes on the phone to speak with someone, nor take the time to listen to a sales pitch. I simply want the ability to look at my different options online. Every path I have taken to attempt this leads me back to the same result. Any thoughts?
