I had a certain package, but a representative convinced me to get a new channel package. I was told that TruTV was going to be part of that package. I got the new package, then found out that TruTV was not part of the new package. Now I dont have TruTV in my lineup and I am really upset about it. They cant even get me my old package and I am told in order to get TruTV I have to pay $67 a month. Is there any way to fix this?
