Just installed and activated a TiVo BOLT VOX, and have connection to the basic channels, however, the channels in the preferred lineup are not working. When I try and access them I recieve this message: This channel is not authorized. Contact your cable provider for more information v58\\\
I read that there are sometimes firmware updates available for the cable cards (when they're made by anyone other than Motorola), sadly mine was made by Moto, and believe that my store only carries Moto, aswell, can we somehow resolve this issue as soon as possible?
