TV Set Up

I follow the instruction to do the dvr set up myself but I keep getting the same message.

" Sorry, we're having some trouble.
Please tighten your cable connections the restart your TV Box, which can often fix common issues."

I've removed all the cables and put them back, tighten them nd turn the box off and on.
Still the same message.

How can I fix this?
