TV Listings and Microsoft Edge

Getting Error Message when accessing https://tv.xfinity.com/listings.  Below is the error.  I have checked the "Advanced" settings and made sure the "Use Adobe Flash Player" is turned on.  I have even tried turning it off and then back on, and it is still erroring out.  Any other suggestions?

 

 

 

Adobe Flash Player is having trouble.

 

To continue, install the latest version of Flash Player.

If you have the latest version installed, click on the button below to enable.

If this button is disabled or missing, turn on Flash in your browser settings.

 

I am running Windows 10 version 1709 build 16299.192.  and Microsoft Edge 41.16299.15.0.  Thank you.

I found the solution.  See below.

 

  • In Microsoft Edge navigate to the website that is missing Flash content

    • On the top left-hand side of the address bar you will notice a  or  icon

    • Click that icon

    • Click Allow Adobe Flash

  • Refresh the page using the Refresh button

    Why this works and not from the ... Settings>Advanced Settings is a mystery.
