I am having a problem with TV Japan. First, I was getting error code XRE-03121 and a message about changes to my account. I have made no changes, and see none on line. I did a full system refresh from your debug screen. Now I get XRE-03114 with a message can't tune to channel right now. When I search topics, keywords, or check the internet, I can't find XRE-03114.
All other channels work. Just a TV Japan problem.
What do I need to do? Problen on your end? Help?
Same issue since this afternoon. Reboot the box didn't help.
I can watch recorded show, as well as episode from on demand.
I can watch TV Japan via Xfinity Stream app.
Exact same problem for my South Asian Channels (Zee TV, Sony) . I was with Support yesterday evening and again today morning trying all types of Refresh , disconnect -reconnect but nothing helped. They said someone will call -- no call or fix after 14 hours. Pathetic Service
I just got XFinity and still within 30 day cancellation period .... wondering if I should go back to FIOS

as of 12/17/18 we received the same Sorry Can't tune to your channel right now. I've even called the reps and they have no idea whats going on...
This morning still the same. (I'm in Northern CA)
In a meantime, you can watch the channel via Strem App.
So this is telling that it's not a box issue.
Having the same problem here in Atlanta. Neither TV Japan HD (3180) nor TV Japan SD (393) are working. Both are displaying an XRE-03114 error code.
Sorry for the delayed reply. I wanted to check to see if you are still receiving a tuning error?
