Specific Channel Listing for My Account

Where can I get a listing of the channels that I get with my package in PDF? My other question is how can I tailor my Guide to list only the channels I get? Thanks to anyone

The Print link on https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/ produces a PDF file containing the channels you subscribe to.

Does not.<br>Lists all channels available. <br>Why is it so difficult to simply get a list of the channels I ACTUALLY RECEIVE???

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum and thank you for posting your question here. As mentioned by @BruceW, you can absolutely print a copy of your channel line up from the link provided above. We also send them out to all customers at a regular cadence (usually annually).  You will notice I have included images of your local channel lineup (provided in your October 2018 bill). 

 

Unfortunately, we have no way of only showing your subscribed to channels when we send these out. All you would need to do is find your package on your bill and the corresponding channels.

I find that if I visit https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/ and enter my address, it does indeed list every channel on the local system whether I subscribe to it or not, unless i type that address exactly as Comcast expects it to be formatted. But if I log in to https://customer.xfinity.com/ and select Services, then Manage TV, then "View your channel lineup" under Common Solutions, the address is pre-filled correctly so that the resulting list contains only the channels I subscribe to, and has a Print link in the upper right corner.

Because they are morons.  They hope you might browse, see something you like, increase your package to include channels you don’t currently receive.
