My parents live in a retirement community that offers comcast. We pay an additinal $10 a month for them to get a bigger box, and wider HD services on his big TV. All has gone well. Suddenly, the past couple weeks, several of their channels are speaking in spanish.
I went to xfinity settings and messed around and noticed a setting was default to espanol. I was able to get it to english. But when I searched around, some regular channels they watch are still speaking spanish. I dread calling, truly dread it. Any ideas?
I have the same problem with Spanish on all of my HBO channels. Tried to have a Chat with customer service but I received a warning that the chat site was not trusted. No one has an answer so far.
