Is there some reason that my "single program" reminders fail to remind as often as they succeed ? We also have "series" reminders (both for "New" and "New and Repeat" programs) that remind on an intermittant basis.
Same thing here. They were working fine until a few days ago (about May 16 or May 17, 2018).
I have tried cancelling then re-entering them, but that hasn't worked either.
I've also tried everything. Nothing helps.
And as is all too typical...
