Recently, in the last week or so, I cannot get Paramount channel #39 in my area? What is the issue? There are several in 40 channel range I cannot get either.  It comes on, and then after awhile I get the following: ONE MOMENT PLEASE........THIS CANNEL SHOULD BE AVAILABLE SHORTLY, but then it takes hours to get it? Very annoying! Thank you for looking into this for me.

Hi, marthabuchanan1. That one moment please message that you're referring to is an indication that there is a signal issue present at your premise. Even if it's happening intermittently. Can you please check your physical cable cord connections from the wall to the box to ensure all connections are secure? Once you've done that if the problem continues, we'll need to get a technician out to the premise.
