You litteraly just described my life the past few week. I have been on the phonean hour or more each day, and noone is able to solve my problem. They usually end the call saying that someone from the advanced team will call back in the next 24 - 48 hours. They never do.
I just had a tech here for 2 hours who knew less than I did about the issue, and called all of the same people I called.
Silicon dust sent me a very confident email letting me know what the problem is (which matches what a dozen other people are saying in tickets like yours). Did you finally get this resolved?
