Please advise as to why when I am watching Xfinity's Free Movie Channel during prime time, the program continues to pause momentarily for the duration of the movie. I have been advised from outside sources that it is as a result of what is known as "Neautrality". Should this be the case I see no need to continue with the bundled programming I have but rather move to a basic service.
