I just found out that Comcast has dropped the OutsideTV channel. I don't get it. I pay for many channels that I don't ever watch to get certain channels. I don't get to choose, yet Comcast can do what it darn well pleases and I, as a customer, have no say. I'm sure they won't lower my bill since they have removed a channel, either. So much for honoring my contract.
I've been a loyal customer for many years but, when my current contact expires, I will be shopping elsewhere.
On a sidenote, while programming and dependable signal has been a strength, customer service has been a disaster, including the Comcast customer service here in York, Pa.
