Premium lineup change.

Premium lineup change.

I recently changed my premium channels by removing cinemax, starz, and showtime which were free for a year and added HBO. I asked on the phone how long it would take but they didnt know. I was just wondering how long does it usually take for the changes to take effect? its been 5 hours since I made the change and just need to know if its quick or if it happens in the next monthly bill.

Hello, liger29. It should happen immediately. 

 

Did you reset the boxes? Also, if you have our My Account app, you can send a signal from there to essential send your current services to your TV boxes. I can help you walk through it.
