Well, it looks like I got bamboozled by Comcast once again.
I just changed plans after my last contract was up and was extremely specific, confirming 3 separate times, that I was getting EXACTLY the same channels on my new package as the old one. First Sunday since the change and NFL RedZone is, of course, gone.
Why is it not possible to get what you ask for from Comcast? Why do I have to take time out to visit a store (because trying to do anything over the phone or by chat any more is completely unreliable), yet I still can't get Comcast to deliver on what they promise?
