NE Philadelphia; Channel 278 Charge

I'm getting:

"The programming previously available on this channel is no longer being provided by WTVE."

What happened the channel?

The article says:

Station: WTVE – SonLife Broadcasting Network 51

Market: Philadelphia, PA

Rescan Day: July 23, 2018

This station will change frequencies on July 23, 2018 and you must rescan to continue watching it.

But that information is for over-the-air reception. It doesn't explain why the station's programming would disappear from a Comcast cable channel.

It was WTVE’s decision not to provide programming on the sub-channel Charge.

Thank you Andrew. Can you cite a source for that info?
