It's not blacked out everywhere in the west. I am assuming you live somewhere in the Vegas Golden Knights' "region," in which case, since the game is on AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain, that station would have exclusive rights to it, and the NHL would be required to force NBC Sports Network to black out the game in that area - even if Comcast doesn't carry AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain where you live.
