Music Choice Channels not working. Why?

Music Choice Channels not working. Why?

Tuning error.  Temporarily unable to tune to channel....

 This is the message I get every time I try and go to one of the Music Choice channels.

I've tried unplugging for 30secs then plugging back in. I used customer support chat and they ran a test and resent signals and reset my box and still didn't fix the problem.

Tuning error probably means that the signal is missing or too weak for your box to receive it.
