If I have a mlb.tv subscription already thats not through Xfinity can i access it on my cable box?

No, you would’ve had to purchase Extra Innings through Comcast (mlb.tv is now included)

It seems you have to purchase MLB Extra Innings.

MLB.tv is not working for what seems like anyone. 

 

Another thread said that it was supposed to be activated today, but it is not. Customer service has no idea as to what is happening
