Missing Channels

Missing channel 187 WGN and Channel 381 Investigative Discovery. 

When can I expect these two channels back in my lineup? I don't get a discount for not having these channels! I have had them recently in the past! What gives??

I guess if Xfinity can't provide these two simple channels it might be time to look at other options, like youtube TV or Philo and say buh-by to Xfinity! We as cable subscribers already pay a lot to them and if they can't provide the content it will be so long! $50 for YouTube TV or $20 a month for Philo is not unresoable! Xfinity as big as they are not providing is a big fail!
