I got my ebill and noticed the price for the next bill was over $25 more than a previous bill. When I logged into my account to see if I could figure out a way to stay with my other more reasonably priced package it gave me options which were lower price than the new bill showed so I looked into them. Unfortunately when you click on them they are *only* for new customers. Why should they show up then? I contacted chat support, 2 different ppl, and they weren't overly helpful with helping me figure out how to stay w/current package plan/price. I heard customer retention dept has helped other people but how do I contact them? I saw on the forums that comcast reps say to private message them (in regards to this topic) but I don't see how to do that. Maybe Comcast rep is viewing these and can assist?
