I changed my package and was told I would only lose movie channels. When I tune to ID, WE TV and some other channels I like. I'm told I need a subscription. When I called to find out, I was told those channels are no longer carried by Comcast, but clearly they are since they're still on the channel guide and I was receiving them right up to the moment I changed my plan. Can someone please tell me if those channels are going to be available. Is there a way to receive those channels short of changing my TV service to another provider?
