Starting yesterday (June 20th) we began experiiencing a problem with viewing Channel 10 (KQEH). When I choose that channel, the current show comes up for a few seconds with no audio, then the picture then goes black and stays that way. All other channels appear to be working normally, but when I return to KQEH the same thing happens as before. I have checked all my connections, reset my TV box and TV itself multiple times, but the issue persists. Has anyone run into this and have any suggestions?
Since it's not possible to get support directly from Comcast, I suspect if I cannot get this fixed myself I may need to change cable providers to get the ability again to view that station (my favorite). Thanks all.
