Issue accessing Starz Encore Español


I recently decided to subscribe to Starz Encore Español via through my X1 box.

I got the message that it would be an additional $10 for 12 months.

The issue I have is that it’s giving me the error message:

“Sorry there seems to be a problem here. If you’ve made changes to your account recently, the updates may still be in process. If you haven’t made any changes, please try watching another channel or try again later”.

I subscribed at noon with that error. Waited a 8 or so hours later to see if the error was still there and can confirm I’m still receiving that same error message along with a “XRE-03121” code.

I am however able to access the channel via the Xfinity Stream app on my iPad and iPhone. But I cannot access the channel on both X1 boxes.

Any suggestions?
