On all of my devices I'm currently being pushed the wrong channel guide. On my TV's I'm being pushed local channels from the Miami area when I live in North Florida in the Jacksonville area. When I try to watch these channels I get the XRE-10007 error. But only for these channels. All my other channels play with no problem. On the stream app none of my local channels are projected; matter of fact no local channels are projected; as well when I try to watch on my computer. When looking at the channel line-up in my account it shows no local channels. Everything was working well a couple days ago with no problem where I was receiving the correct channel guide.
I've spoken with various reps who have done resets and who have refresh my account yet none of this have fix the problem.

call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to help determine the account mistake.
