I CAN'T FIND THE LIST OF MY CHANNELS

I CAN'T FIND A LIST OF MY  PERSONAL CABLE TV CHANNELS; I HAVE CALLED AND CALLED, THEY WON'T GIVE THEM TO ME.

I'm looking for a personalized list of channels a well. The list of channels provided by https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/ isn't accurate. For example, I don't have access to the HD channels on my account, but the HD channels show up in the list when I'm logged in and put in my address.

I still can't find my line-up, it says it can't find my address.

In this case you should visit (or call) your nearest Comcast Service center. Available channels and channel numbers vary by service area. They should have current List of Service Pricing which includes: Channel Lineup. Both should show "Effective Date" for the listing.
