I recently upgraded to the 400Mbps and have no complaints other than I was told that my channel lineup would not change as I only wanted to upgrade the internet speeds. I don't watch TV but I was told by the one who does that we are missing channel WGN. I checked the lineup on the account and it says Preferred 200+, when I checked where that channel is it is listed in the Preferred 220+. How can I lose a channel just by upgrading my internet speeds? Can someone look at my account and see if this can be fixed?
