Hallmark channel (s) problem

Both Hallamrk and Hallmark Movies and Mysteries seem to have some sort of problem. They both give an error message, then kick me back to where I was. My wife is displeased and I want my happy wife, happy life back. What gives?

That's a tuning error with the frequency those channels are coming in on. Check all of your connections and if nothing changes, you may have to get a tech out to troubleshoot further.
