Why am I getting there is something changed with you account when I try to watch the hallmark channel. On demand hallmark works every other channel works but this one? I should also mention that it froze right before the error message popped up????
did you power-unplug (reboot) your set top box yet? do smart devices or desk/laptop show the channel? using a smart device and the Xfinity myAccount app press the TV tab and at the top is a link to your subscribed channels. does the Hallmark channel show up in the list?
