HD channels

I just purchased and installed an 50" 4k HDR smart tv.

 

Lots of channels don't get the HD screens so you have watch them in small size, not full screen.  Why you charge us for HD Technology package but yet lots of channels are not in HD screen?  

 

I contacted your Tech person about this and I was told to let you know about this problem.  My son in another house also have the same issue?

 

Is this something only done here in Silicon Valley but not in other areas?

Are you sure that you’re on an HD channel?
