Fox News channel pixelated and sound problems

I live in the 21702 area code and today the Fox News Channel, 820 in my area, began displaying significant degradation of quality. Incessant picture pixelation and audio cutting in and out. No other channels are doing this and unplugging and replugging in the STB and resetting the xFi router have not solved this problem?

I continue to have the same issue in the 48094 zip code area. This issue is specific to FOX

I live in the 06095 area code and since 6/24/18 now 6/26/18 the Fox News Channel, 1110 in my area, began displaying significant degradation of quality. Incessant picture pixelation and audio cutting in and out every few seconds. I have tried the System restart and System Refresh to no avail.This is the only channel that is doing this.
