My last printed listing (Bloomington MN - Efective July 1, 2019) shows one channel under:
International Selections: SBTN: Vietnamese $14.99
With a footnote stating: "Requires Limited Basic with X1 Tv Box or compatable customer owned device and Xfinity Internet service."
You should call of visit your Comcast Service Center to see if they might carry this service.
