I missed the ending of Worst Cooks in America last night so I went to watch it through on-demand. Each episode was listed as you need to pay. When did that happen? Since when is the Food Network by subscription. I have Digital Cable.

Mine is the same way. Never had to pay before and am thinking of canceling Comcast if they are going to start doing this...I don't feel like being on the phone for an hour either to call them.

I can’t believe there was no warning of removing the Food Network from the basic package. Unhappy customer!

There should have been a notice in one of your past bills.

I just saw this from my March 2018 bill. 💩

Xfinity TV Changes Effective May 9, 2018: The Weather Channel will only be available on Expanded Basic, Family Tier and new Sports & News tier; Cartoon Network will only be available on Digital Preferred and new Kids & Family tier; Disney Channel will only be available on Expanded Basic, Family Tier and Kids & Family tier; TruTV will only be available on Expanded Basic; Food Network will only be available on Expanded Basic, Family Tier, and new Entertainment tier.
The following channels will be added to Digital Economy: BBC World News, Bloomberg, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and Smithsonian. Outside TV will no longer be available.

No I researched this; there is NOTHING about ANY Food Network Change on ANY bill; It's the only channel I watch and I now want a cancellation

I tried every way i can think to get this channel restored. No comcast rep (even in retention) could come up with anything that didnt cost me $25-30 more per month. So i found the solution myself.
