I have been using my computer to access my TV listings, on Monday, I have been unable to do so. I get the message, "Something's not right here
We are having trouble adding this device to your account. Please call 1-800-XFINITY and mention error 11700.

(Error ftde.provision.11700)"

What has happened and how can I restore this?
