Channels no longer available?

Last night I was watching Cartoon Network. Today I turned on the channel and now I don’t get it? My package is still the same and my bill is the same. Why did my service change without notice? Now I’m paying more for less.

Because they like taking our money and charging us an arm and a leg for service that doesn’t even come close to being worth what we pay. Sorry, I’m not very happy about this 😡

There was a notice in the March or April bill about Cartton Network moving to preferred. Talking to two reps at the time, neither knew anything about it. Shocking that Comcast employees didn't know anything, shocking.

Food Network is gone to, which I watch a lot!!! I am on autopay so I never see bills, plus I am under contract for another year... yes, CONTRACT. They cannot take away channels I watch. This is wrong, what can I do about it? I’m serious I don’t want a stupid joke reply.
