Last night I was watching Cartoon Network. Today I turned on the channel and now I don’t get it? My package is still the same and my bill is the same. Why did my service change without notice? Now I’m paying more for less.
There was a notice in the March or April bill about Cartton Network moving to preferred. Talking to two reps at the time, neither knew anything about it. Shocking that Comcast employees didn't know anything, shocking.
