Certain channels are unaccesable - when you click on a channel, a popup message shows up that says " Sorry, there seems to be a problem here. If you've made changes to your account recently, the updates may still be in process. if you haven't made any changes, please try watching atnother channel or try again later." XRE-03121. I have not made any changes to my account and I have refreshed and restrarted the system multiple times. No one on the xfinity chat or over the phone can figure it out either.
