Greetings, westieguy! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on the forums. I hope you are having an amazing day. I can certainly look into removing Hustler from your account. If this was an accidental purchase I would highly recommend adding a purchase pin to the account. You should be able to do this using the steps found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-parental-controls-turn-on-off? Can you please send me a PM with your first and last name so I may further assist you?
