3rd party/app authentication - HBO GO, ESPN, NBC etc.
Since last weekend, I have not been able to access any of the 3rd party apps such as HBO Go, ESPN, NBC Sports etc. from my ROKU device (multiple units). I was told by Customer Service that XFINITY was experiencing a problem with their "3rd party authentication" and that it would be cleared up in a day or two and I would be notified when it was resolved. It's now been 7 days without resolution and still no access to the 3rd party apps. When is this going to be resolved?
