skyrocketing bill

My statement came to day and instead of $29.99 is $99.98!!!

I never received a statement for August, or any indication that the rate was going up! How can I get this fixed?

Are you on autopay?

Was the last bill not paid?  If that's the case then you're showing at least two months owed on the bill, and probably a late fee.

Did your contract run out as well?  If so, you're probably looking at an every day price now on your bill.

Re: skyrocketing bill

Hello kcoffee. Thank you for creating a post on our Forum. I can assist with reviewing your account for changes to your billing. These types of sudden increases generally occur when a introductory promotions discount period has ended. If you would like assistance, please send me a private message and include your full name and service address so I can access your account.
