I was charged a service fee for someone to come and set up my upgrade from old 100mb to gigabit service. My wife says he came and looked at the outside box for 5 minutes and stated we didn't need a wire upgrade and that he did not have a modem on his upgrade order.
I Had to go to the service center myself to turn in my old router, and then set up and configure my own router. The in-office clerk sent me to the phone tech the phone tech sent me back to the office. office says they are not authorized to deal with it. I have fully paid everything but the 70 dollar fee while waiting for this to be resolved.
I would like the 70 dollar charge for me to set up my own service and the late fee i was charged removed from my bill please.
